1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Prominent Kitchens and Joinery Pty Ltd (ABN 73 646 120 014) (“we,” “our,” “us”). By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

Prominent Kitchens and Joinery specializes in custom kitchen design, bespoke joinery, and commercial projects. All services provided will be as per the agreed scope of work detailed in the contract between you and us.

3. Quotations and Pricing

• All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
• Prices are subject to change based on material costs, project scope modifications, or additional work requested by you.
• A detailed quote will be provided outlining the cost of materials, labour, and any other expenses.

4. Payments

• A deposit of 10% is required upon acceptance of the quote to secure your booking.
• Progress payments will be required at agreed milestones, with the final payment due upon project completion.
• Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Stripe.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing.
• If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, you will be responsible for the costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

6. Project Timelines

• We will provide an estimated timeline for the completion of your project. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
• We will keep you informed of any changes to the project schedule.

7. Materials and Warranty

• We use high-quality materials for all our projects. Specific warranties on materials will be provided by the manufacturers.
• We offer a 12 month workmanship warranty on our services.

8. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide access to the site and any necessary information required for the project.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the site is ready for work to commence, including obtaining any required permits.

9. Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the contract between you and us.

10. Privacy

• We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and communicating with you.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you directly.
